Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding legal agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) and Shadow Vision (“we,” “our,” or “us”), the owner and operator of the Shadow Vision platform, a multi-purpose Telegram-based cross-referencing, filtering, and alerting tool designed for digital asset monitoring and messaging aggregation. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference.

1. Eligibility and Use Restrictions

You represent and warrant that:

(a) You are not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction listed under restricted jurisdictions, including but not limited to the United States, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Sudan, and any other jurisdiction sanctioned by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”).

(b) You are not included on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties, including the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (“SDN”) list.

(c) You are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and you possess the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

(d) You will not use the Services if such use would violate applicable law or regulation.

Any attempt to access the Services from a restricted jurisdiction or as a restricted person, including via technological circumvention tools such as VPNs, is strictly prohibited.

2. Services Overview

Shadow Vision is a Telegram-integrated cross-referencing and aggregation tool that performs the following core functions:

Monitors multiple Telegram channels for specific message types based on customisable filtering criteria.
Triggers alerts when message repetition thresholds are met.
Sends real-time summaries, updates, and urgent call notifications.
Supports advanced features including news and social media tracking, subscription management, and referral-based rewards.
Enables group-based licensing for trading communities and auto-forwards filtered messages accordingly.

These Services are offered “as is,” without warranty, and solely as an information and automation tool. We are not a broker, custodian, financial advisor, or trading exchange.

3. Account Registration and Access

Users access Shadow Vision primarily through Telegram AS OF NOW. Access does not require account registration beyond Telegram, but certain premium features require a valid subscription. Users are responsible for securing their Telegram credentials and ensuring that their devices are safe from unauthorised access.

Users must not share their subscription access with others or misrepresent themselves to gain premium functionality. Any such conduct constitutes grounds for termination.

4. Subscription Services and Fees

We offer tiered subscription plans ( Basic, Pro) with access to different levels of service:

Subscription benefits include varied thresholds for alerts, advanced message filtering, exclusive content, and auto-forwarding privileges.
Group subscriptions allow Telegram community leaders to extend access to group members under a single plan.
All subscription payments are non-refundable and subject to automatic renewal unless cancelled prior to the end of the term.

We reserve the right to change subscription fees at any time. Promotional offers, discounts, and referral bonuses may be provided at our discretion.

5. Referral Program

Users may receive referral rewards for inviting new subscribers. Terms include:

Users must share their unique referral link.
Rewards are calculated based on successful paid signups and activity levels of referred users.
We reserve sole discretion to determine eligibility, calculate bonuses, and disqualify fraudulent activity.

Referral systems may be terminated or modified at any time without notice. Payouts are not guaranteed.

6. Filtering and Aggregation Features

Shadow Vision’s key technical capabilities include:

Character-Based Filtering: Detects specific patterns such as contract addresses
Message Thresholds: Alerts are triggered when a message appears in multiple monitored channels a defined number of times.
Real-Time Updates: Aggregated messages update continuously in a single message thread.
Urgent Call Alerts: Audio calls may be triggered when messages meet high-priority criteria, subject to user-defined time windows and thresholds.
Auto-Forwarding for Groups: Premium groups may configure automated posting of filtered content to their Telegram chats.

7. Social and News Aggregation

Our bot pulls and will compile information from external platforms including Twitter, Reddit, and crypto news feeds:

Users may receive summaries of trending topics and headlines.
Shadow Vision does not guarantee the authenticity or accuracy of aggregated third-party content.
Content may be influenced by trending hashtags, retweet counts, or sentiment indicators.

You acknowledge that this data is not independently verified and should not be relied upon for financial or investment decisions.

8. No Financial Advice

Shadow Vision is a tool for information aggregation only. We do not offer investment, trading, or financial advice. Users assume full responsibility for their own trading decisions. We are not a regulated financial entity and offer no assurances as to the timing, accuracy, or relevance of any data presented.

9. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the Services in connection with unlawful activities including fraud, money laundering, market manipulation, or dissemination of malicious code.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any aspect of the Services.
Share subscription benefits or impersonate other users.
Exploit the referral system in bad faith.
Use automated bots or scrapers to extract information.

We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if we detect such conduct.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology within Shadow Vision is owned or licensed by Shadow Vision and protected under U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without prior written consent.

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties regarding uptime, data integrity, or the correctness of alerts. We disclaim any liability for:

Loss of digital assets.
Inaccurate filtering or thresholds.
Telegram outages.
Hacking or unauthorised access to your device or data.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shadow Vision and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Services indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), held in New York, New York.

You waive any right to a class action or jury trial.
